STYX - 'STYX II'
Their second album, first of completely original material, launched a strong streak of albums that continued through the 70s and into the early 80s. Sprawling tracks 'A Day' and 'Father S.O.A.', while very different in subject matter, complement each other excellently as the centerpieces of sides A and B respectively. 'Lady' became a delayed sleeper hit two years after its release, 50 years before TikTok made back catalog hits commonplace in the music industry.
